LunarTech has publicly filed a formal complaint against a global accelerator Plug and Play, alleging multiple material breaches of contract, ethical misconduct, and potential misuse of public funds.
The complaint asserts that the accelerator engaged in systematic exclusion, deceptive business practices, and an unilateral termination in violation of contractual due process requirements of a participating startup from a government-backed program—an initiative funded with approximately $1 million (EUR 800,000). The allegations raise critical concerns about program administration, regulatory oversight, and Unjust Enrichment and Possible Financial Misappropriation.
Plug and Play Armenia, which was managed with the support of the Ministry of High Technologies of the Republic of Armenia, had promised investments, international connections, and opportunities to enter the market. But how did it happen that, instead, one of LunarTech’s founders was subjected to systematic psychological terror and manipulation?

After exposing Plug and Play Tech Center Armenians’s misrepresentation, violations, unethical and government-backed deception, we immediately received a privacy complaint from YouTube.

Our 2 hour 40 min podcast was published at 16:00 CEST
The privacy complaint was filed at 17:07 CEST, targeting exact timestamps (2:15:31 & 2:21:22) - Parts where we show the receipts!
Within just 67 minutes, someone had watched the full video, identified specific timestamps, and filed a complaint
This speed suggests insider access, targeted monitoring, or abuse of connections within YouTube/Google.
📌 This is not about privacy—it’s a #coverup.
They are using fake privacy claims to suppress criticism and silence startups who expose their lies. This is not an isolated case, this is a pattern.
